Latest coordination meeting for RC4VETs

Yesterday, 24th of June, there has been a new coordination meeting with all the partners of RC4VETs project. The main goal of this meeting was to schedule next TM and LTTAs.

The partners agreed to organise the TM in Greece, in the third week of October. Moreover, Portugal will be the location for the first LTTAs, during the second week of November. During that occasion, some students participating in “Casa Paivense” challenge will be able to meet in presence and discuss about the development of that challenge. At the same time, they will visit the company involved in the challenge.

Another topic discussed during the meeting was the final report for “Improving Tecnikea” challenge. The partners involved in that challenge will provide all the information necessary regarding their students activities.

Finally, the partners talked about the future challenges. In order to improve the quality of the challenges, the partners coordinating the future ones will work in order to provide more detailed information before the beginning of the activities.

Yesterday (19th of May) all the partners in RC4VETs project had an online coordination meeting. They discussed the latested updates in the challenges in progress.

Kick off meeting for the new challenge “Restaurante Casa Paivense”

On April 23 took place the kick off meeting regarding the new challenge, in the framework of Erasmus+ project KA2 “Real Challenges for Vocational Education Students. At the meeting participated the students and the professors from all the partners involved. Moreover, the owner of the family-run business “Restaurante Casa Paivense“, Teresa Sousa took part to the meeting. For this challenge, the stakeholders will prepare a business plan for this restaurant. Proandi will coordinate this challenge.

The main objective of the new business plan is to help the restaurant in adapting to the current needs of the market. “Restaurante Casa Paivense” has more than 40 years of activity. Now, it aims to innovate in the restaurant and cooking area. At the same time, the priority, for the restaurant, is to maintain the quality to which its customers have become accustomed. The students will work to propose many innovations. Among others, some of those innovations will be the creation of social networks and an official website of the restaurant. Another task for the students will be the elaboration of new vegan menus. 

Kick off meeting challenge "Restaurante Casa Paviense"

Proandi’s trainees from Kitchen and Pastry Technician group will be guided by the trainer Luís Santos. Teresa Sousa will represent the the staff of Casa Paivense. Teresa Sousa will mentor and work together with the students of the partnership.
