Report: challenge #4 “Business Empowerment for Pescara”

We are thrilled to announce the publication of our latest report on the “Business Empowerment for Pescara” challenge. You can find the full report on our Medium platform.

In this challenge, we had the fantastic opportunity to collaborate with small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) actively involved in tourism management, tourism marketing, and business development. Our project took place in the picturesque location of Pescara, a renowned tourist destination welcoming nearly 1 million visitors each year. Tourism is not only a significant business sector here but also a focus area for vocational education and training (VET).

Idea: Our approach involved the exciting concept of bringing together trainees and staff from different partner countries to form a transnational work team. Their mission? To develop a comprehensive business empowerment plan within the tourism sector.

Product: The result of their hard work is a robust business empowerment plan, supported by our experienced senior tutors and endorsed by local tourism SMEs. This plan has the potential to create a significant impact in the tourism industry of Pescara.

Participants Involved: The challenge brought together students and staff from each partner country, with expertise in fields ranging from Tourism to ICTs and Marketing. This diverse team has brought a wealth of knowledge and creativity to the project.

We invite you to explore the full report on Medium and discover the exciting insights and recommendations generated by our dedicated team. Thank you for your ongoing support, and stay tuned for more updates from the RC4VETS project!
