The first day of the learning, teaching, and training activity held in Izola took place on October 24, 2022.
During the first LTTA, students were initially presented with both the Parangal and PCO challenges. After which, they had the opportunity to visit the Parangal restaurant. Guided by the restaurant owner and manager, students explored every part of the restaurant to gain a better understanding of the restaurant’s specificities and needs, as well as develop a deeper understanding of the way Parangal operates. They were able to get answers to all of the questions that remained after the initial presentation of the challenge.
